John James (JJ) Wilbraham passed away in the loving care of the Royal Care Home, Doncaster, on 21st December 2025. He could not have been better cared for and we made many dear friends among the wonderful dedicated people at the Home. John was the much loved husband of Adele and elder brother of Clive, born and bred in Stoke on Trent. He will be sadly missed by us all but please be happy that he is finally at peace after over two years in care suffering the cruelties of vascular dementia.
His cremation will take place at Rose Hill Crematorium in Doncaster on 8th January 2026 at 9am. Realising that Doncaster is a long distance to travel from Staffordshire, there will be a memorial in Stoke on Trent at a later date to honour John’s memory, so please join us there. No flowers by request; any cash donations will be for the benefit of the Residents’ Fund of the Royal Care Home and can be sent to Adele for the Home.
