Merseyside Police are making “extensive” enquiries to find a missing 46-year-old man from St Helens and are appealing for the public’s help in their search. Stephen Pope was last seen at an address in the Sutton area of St Helens at around 2.10am on Sunday (January 4).
Police said extensive enquiries are ongoing to find him. Officers have described Stephen as a white man who is 6ft tall, of slim build, with shaven brown hair. When he was last seen Stephen was reportedly wearing grey joggers with a long khaki green fishing coat, a green cap and black work boots.
Stephen is known to visit areas in St Helens, police say.
