Passed peacefully surrounded by family at Berkeley House Care Home. Beloved and loving Husband of Valerie. Dearest Dad to Neil and Helen, in laws Sarah and Paul. Devoted Grandad and Great-Grandad. Much loved Brother to Chris and sister-in-law Carole. David will be sadly missed by all who knew him. At family request please wear a touch of blue at the funeral in David’s memory. Sadly, passed away on Christmas Eve 2025, aged 85. The funeral service will take place at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby, on Wednesday, 14th January, at 12:30 pm. No flowers, please. Peacefully in hospital aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Margaret, dearly loved Dad of Andrew and Kevin. Grandad to Ashleigh, Shay, Cassie and Mia; and father-in-law to Sue. He will be so very sadly missed by all his family and friends. (Charlie) On 18th December 2025 peacefully in hospital, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Elsie, much loved dad of Charlie Boy, Gary, Julie, Derek, in-laws and a devoted grandad. A service to celebrate Charlie’s life will be held at 12.30pm on Friday 16th January 2026 at the large chapel, Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 aged 79 in Castle Hill Hospital. Reunited with his late beloved wife Pat. Much loved dad of Pam and Jenni. Much treasured grandad to Charlie, Molly and Tomás. A service to celebrate Alan’s life will be held at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby on Tuesday 13th January at 10.30am. Passed away at home on 20th December 2025, aged 59 years. Dearly loved partner to Laura, much loved Dad to Madison and Fraser, much loved Son to Terri and Patrick, loving Brother to Lynne, Tina and late Sister Karen and loving Uncle to all his Nieces and Nephews. We are sad to announce the passing of Peter who passed peacefully with his son Paul at his side holding his hand on 23rd December 2025 aged 84. Peter was a beautiful, kind soul and will be greatly missed by his family Paul, Lesley, Sarah, Chloe, Brett and Jonny. Our many thanks go to all the staff at Maybury Court who cared for Peter so beautifully in late life. Service to be held at Chanterlands Avenue Small Chapel on Peter’s birthday, Monday 12th January 2026 at 11am. Collection plate for Macmillan on the day. On Peter’s wishes please wear your favourite jumper and a wooly hat, no black, no suits, just lot’s of colour which Peter loved.

On 22nd December 2025, peacefully at the Limes, Driffield (late of Leven), aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of the late William, much loved mum of Adrian and the late Richard, in-law Marion and partner Christine and a loving grandma to Helen and Sarah, great grandma to Georgie, Francesca, Nina and Orla. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Leven 2pm Monday 12th January, followed by private cremation. Dave will be remembered fondly by family, friends, members of the Grosvenor Social Club and the wider Beverley community. Dave loved his children and especially his granddaughter Isabella, he will be sadly missed.
