New files have claimed a ‘duchess from England’ drafted a guide urging staff of paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein “to see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing”.

Employees were advised to turn a blind eye to Epstein’s illicit behaviour in a manual drawn up for staff at his Palm Beach residence in Florida.

The US files show the manual advised staff on “how to properly maintain a house” and “contained all of the tasks that were demanded”.

The booklet was disclosed in the same court case that saw Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, jailed for sex trafficking in 2021, but it was unknown who helped write it.

And now, The Sun reports that the files state a former employee “remembers seeing this manual for the first time when a duchess from England came”.

The anonymous employee described the woman as someone “who was supposed to be royalty”. Fergie, 66, formerly the Duchess of York until her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor lost his titles due to his links to Epstein, has denied wrongdoing

The files state the booklet was kept at the property, which contained a checklist of tasks that needed to be completed from leaving a guest a toothbrush to placing a pen on Epstein’s nightstand.

Employees were told: “Appearance is extremely important if high standards are to be maintained. A favourable first impression goes a long way. Personal cleanliness, good presentation, and a genuine and polite ‘aim to please’ approach are very important.”

It comes after the Yorks were evicted from their home at Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park following details of his peppercorn rent arrangement being revealed.

It is now seen that Prince William was the driving force behind the sensational move to strip Mr Mountbatten-Windsor of all his royal titles and honours, and to forcibly evict him and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson from their home at Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.

They were never expected to be invited to Sandringham for Christmas (indeed, they were not invited in 2024) but the King is understood to be keen to show to Eugenie and Beatrice that they will not be punished for their parents’ misdeeds.
