NYC weather: Still cold, a bit breezy

NEW YORK (WABC) — Early flurries start this partly cloudy and cold Sunday, which will also be breezy at times. Expect highs to be in the lower 30s.

Monday will be mostly cloudy and still chilly with some light snow possibly midday.

Our warming trend begins on Tuesday as we gradually climb our way back up into the 50s by next weekend.
